Place Order
All transactions made to your account are encrypted for your security. If you just placed your order and would like to add another item to it, we cannot add items to an existing order.
Please place a new order for the item. We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order. Please contact us at info@theloeil.com
 
 
Change Order
We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processes.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@theloeil.com immediately.
Once again our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 
 
 
Item Availability 
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items on shoploéil.com, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes.
Due to an unforeseen event, if we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. We promise these cases are rare. 
 
 
Order Confirmation
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@theloeil.com to your safe sender list. You can always check your order status by signing into your account page on our website. 
 
 
Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your amount will be returned to your credit card or store credit. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two days for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, view and track your orders and more.
 
 
Discount Code
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases.
Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and only one discount can be used per order. Some exclusions may apply.
If you forget to use a discount code, we are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount.

Sales Tax 
LOÉIL charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also applied to the shipping and handling charges.
