I feel like I'm about to write a step by step recipe.. but, here it goes.
I started with a white on white, breaking it up with a subtle contrast in material. A slightly sheer button up by Shop Loeil teamed up with a current favourite; the hybrid dress/playsuit by Cameo - which is the perfect functional day dress if you're after a throw-over with a nice silhouette.
