How often do you restock?
We aim to restock twice a month, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.
The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
What does it mean if an item is Waitlisted?
If an item is Waitlisted it means that we will most likely be making more. While we don’t have an exact timeline, we are working hard behind the scenes to make it as quickly as possible. Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. If enough people sign up for the list, we will email you if it becomes available again.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order you can no longer amend it. You can, however, cancel your order within 12 hours of confirmation by heading to email us at email@example.com. We’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. Should you decide to cancel your order, we will refund you within 5 to 10 business days, dependent on your payment method and/or card issuer.
What size do I order if the measurements on the “Fit” tab are different than those in the “Size Guide”?
The measurements in our Size Guide represent our general brand sizing. If you see measurements in the “Fit” tab that are different, you should order your size based off of those measurements to ensure the best fit.
Are your clothes and shoes true to size?
We’ve worked hard to ensure that our clothes and shoes fit true to size. Unless there is a note under the “Fit” tab advising otherwise, we recommend that you choose going up half a size with a wide feet. if you’re between garment sizes, we would invite you to select the larger of the two.

Is size 8 US the highest available shoe size?
Our shoes collection is based on order-made and currently has the largest size in US Size 8 on site wide. We sincerely apologize to inform you that we currently don't have facility to know when a larger size is due in stock by its production.
Do you have any offline store locations?
At this time there is no offline store location - theloeil.com is our flagship. However, you may be happy to note that some of our pieces will be available in some store branches.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices or shipping cost on the site do not include taxes and duties. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged at checkout on orders shipped to California.
If you are shipping internationally, we currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
Are your garments manufactured ethically?
We know you care about where your clothes come from since our creative and production team relocated to the Asia bound and that good business practice is what you expect of us. We’re proud to say that we’re uncompromising in our commitment to nurturing long-term relationships with suppliers who treat their workers fairly.
