Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered by DHL from our international production warehouse. Your order will be delivered to your door within 1-2 days, and your will be able to track the delivery in real time, through your phone. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a text message or email from DHL telling you your scheduled delivery time. If the parcel is shipped to your address and delivery can not be completed or no one is available to receive it, DHL will leave contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time.

We have partnered with DHL worldwide allowing us to ship all international orders to over 220 countries. Delivery times and costs are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.

*Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duty fees, and custom fees once it reaches the port of its destination. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout.

Return Policy

LOÉIL accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. Items marked 'accessories' (meaning jewelry and belts as it's categorized on) are not eligible for return. The $10 flat pre-paid return label will be deducted from the original payment method.

To arrange a return, contact us at, write 'U.S. return' and your order number in the subject line, description of the item(s) and reason for the return. You will receive further instructions on how to return the merchandise.

*We don't currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the below instructions and re-order the correct item or size separately.

Returns from outside the US

Note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. International orders are not eligible for pre-paid return label. Please contact us at, write ‘global return’ and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible on what to do next with our international return warehouse address.

*Note that without the return form or order number, it is difficult to identify the package, so refund process may be very slow or may even pass the deadline.


Pre-order items may take about 2 weeks to ship out. Please keep in mind that the exact dates for receiving product are estimates as arrival date is subject to change. Orders containing a mix of pre-ordered and available styles may receive multiple shipments. Product available to ship now will ship within 72 hours of order receipt. Pre-ordered items will ship as ready.
