What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns must arrive to LOÉIL warehouse within 14 days of the original order date. Any returns postmarked more than 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will not be processed. Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit.
What if I want to exchange my merchandise?
We are unable to process exchanges right now. Please return your order using the below instructions for a full refund and re-order the correct item or size separately.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style.
United States Return
Please report to our Return Center (click the link here) to select your item for return and instantly generate your pre-paid return shipping label (Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on the Return Center page to receive your instantaneous shipping label and tracking number). Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number, print a return label and stick it in the mail. A cost of return postage will be generated it weight by USPS and will be automatically deducted on your refund.

Stick the shipping label on the box
Fill out a reason code and put the packing slip in with your stuff
Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5 to 10 business days for your back to post the refund to your account.
Return items within 14 days: Return your order within 14 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.
Return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn (without the smell of perfume), unwashed and undamaged with its original tags. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original dustbin in its original condition. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note we’re unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, or swimwear without the original packaging. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of LOÉIL.
Keep the tags on: All LOÉIL items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. if you return an item without the original tag attached, the return will be sent back to you. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewelry, or swimwear if the hygiene sticker and packaging has been removed, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the LOÉIL warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of LOÉIL.

Have you received my return?
If your return package arrived in our return center, please allow a member of the team to look into it. Returns usually take 1 to 3 working days to reach return center and we then aim to process them within 1 to 2 weeks. If you have not received your refund within 3 weeks of returning your order, please email us at info@theloeil.com
International Return
We accept items in new condition (without the smell of perfume) with original tags attached for a full refund. Contact our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order with the product name and reason for return to get return warehouse address. Then you have 14 calendar days from order date to postmark your items to return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all pierced jewelry, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels to our lovely customers outside of the US or cover the cost of return shipping for any rare cases, but we’ll help you process a return, and rush to get you a refund once your package gets back to our international facility. Our return warehouse is located in Asia.
