Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 2 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse from Monday through Friday. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 5 days for shipments to be dispatched. In case of restocking, this may take longer and our staff will send you a notification of delay via email.
If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified with the tracking number when each shipment occurs.
What to do if you're having issues with your delivery?
If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a DHL or a Purolator depot for up to 5 business days. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary.
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to LOÉIL’s Warehouse, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.
United States Shipping
We offer free shipping over $200 on all orders from United States. Upon shipment of your order through our international processing factory. DHL is the official shipping courier of LOÉIL for all deliveries to all continental US.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to keep delays to a minimum. Most of our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase from our international warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. LOÉIL is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Responsibility for the package passes to DHL once they take possession of it.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Taxes and Customs
These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
Does “free shipping” include customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?
We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by our government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and we are unable to cover these charges. If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
How fast is your shipping internationally?
Once your order leaves the facility, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date. Shipping items may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Delays may occur during the peak holiday seasons and major public holidays.
